Martynas is an entrepreneur and investor building high-performance ventures and systems help people build capability, perform at their best, and turn their potential into lasting value. His portfolio includes Pažinimo Medis, a leading private K–12 school network in Lithuania, and Biuro, one of the largest HR service providers in the Baltics. He also holds a portfolio of early-stage investments in technology startups. Martynas is deeply engaged in entrepreneurship education and the development of future talent. He serves as Co-Chair of Junior Achievement (JA) Lithuania, Board Member of JA Europe, and Member of the Global Council of JA Worldwide. He is also co-founder and Chair of Junicorns, an investment fund supporting young entrepreneurs. In addition, he is the founder and CEO of Kandzeras Foundation, a private philanthropic fund that supports social projects and initiatives that empower individuals and teams to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset.
