Michel Behar graduated at the business school HEC Paris, INSEAD AMP, Master in Law, PhD in Political Sciences from La Sorbonne University Paris, Michel is a former Auditeur at IHEDN. He spends his carrier as entrepreneur and investment banker.

He managed companies in around 25 countries. In 2022 was one of the co-founders of DEFENSE ANGELS, a unique business angels’ network in France dedicated to investment in deep tech companies for dual use strategic technologies for Defence. He is a member of numerous strategic committees of small and mid-caps companies. He is member of the board of ANGELS STRATEGIC CAPITAL, a SIBA Fund and member of the Advisory board of DEFENSE ANGELS EUROPEAN NETWORK -DAEN -
