Dr Çaǧatay Soyer is a Programme Manager at NATO Support and Procurement Agency. He leads the Alliance Federated Surveillance and Control (AFSC) Programme for the realization of an integrated and interoperable System of Systems to meet NATO’s future multi-domain surveillance and control requirements.

His team is also supporting new NATO and multi-national initiatives for Space Situational Awareness and Responsive Space capabilities. Prior to his current position, Dr Soyer was a Project Manager and Branch Head for Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems at NATO Communications and Information Agency, where he worked on several projects in support of the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control and Alliance Ground Surveillance programmes, as well as the agency’s scientific programme of work and support to operations.
