Kateryna Ryabiko is Co-Founder of H+H LABS and a leader of an award-winning project HYDRATICO (Seeds of Bravery, Women TechEU, We-Rise). She is committed to advancing Ukraine-born innovations and the concept of “diplomacy through technology” at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and impact. In 2025, she received the Red Kalyna Award from the EIT. Kateryna serves on the board of Women Leaders for Ukraine and chairs the Board of the Agency for Legislative Initiatives. She holds a Master’s in International Business and an MPA from the State University of New York, and is a Stanford University Fellow for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law.
