Jekaterina Kaliniene is a healthcare innovator and life sciences leader at the intersection of medical technology, investment, and public health policy. She serves as Head of Life Sciences at Innovation Agency Lithuania, driving the growth of the Baltic region's medtech and biotech ecosystem. A co-founder of a healthtech startup, Jekaterina brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience to her work in advancing digital health and medical innovation. She also serves as an Expert for the EIC Accelerator Programme, supporting deep-tech and medtech ventures across Europe. Jekaterina holds a Master's in Public Health from Vilnius University and an Executive MBA from ISM University.
